"I make these to look more as a flower. I gave them out at Christmas at the VA hospital that I use one year and I painted some Christmas colors and some for Channukkah colors and some just pretty flower colors. I did it that way because there are Christians, Jews, and people who don't believe in the holidays but they all got a present. I made over 1,000 of them and they were all well received. Unfortunately my hands are not what they used to be. I wish I could make them now and give them out. I think I would make about 5,000 this year because there are more veterans that need the cheer."

"These simple washcloth bunny and chick are so easy to make and are a great addition to a baby shower gift or Easter basket. Or, have the kids help make these for some cute fun on a rainy day. Need a little something extra to tuck in a baby shower gift or in an Easter basket? These washcloth bunny and chicks are cute as can be, take minutes to make, and are even practical. To attach the eyes, beak, and tails, I use glue dots here. If the recipient would like to use the washcloths, the glue dots are easy to remove, along with the attachments. You can also use hot glue for a more permanent washcloth animal."
