"I make these to look more as a flower. I gave them out at Christmas at the VA hospital that I use one year and I painted some Christmas colors and some for Channukkah colors and some just pretty flower colors. I did it that way because there are Christians, Jews, and people who don't believe in the holidays but they all got a present. I made over 1,000 of them and they were all well received. Unfortunately my hands are not what they used to be. I wish I could make them now and give them out. I think I would make about 5,000 this year because there are more veterans that need the cheer."

"This adorable foam cup chick is a great Easter craft for kids! All you need is a styrofoam cup, pipe cleaners, yellow and black craft paint, and some patterned scrapbook paper. I actually drew a little inspiration from somewhere else when making this adorable springtime chick from a foam cup.
