I know this is an Earth day project but it would also be a great Easter holiday project. This tutorial takes you through all the steps with pictures to help you if you've never folded magazine strips. You'll figure out that there's so much you can do with your stack of magazines.

What a beautiful piece of art work. As a volunteer at our local church during Vacation Bible School, this would be a perfect project for almost all age levels. This could be something that they will treasure for years to come especially if it is attached to a lesson learned.

I have seen things made of magazine pages folded and rolled like this, but not to make a wall hanging! It's a great idea that opens up a world of creativity. The cross would be great for my office and craft room, but I might not stop there if it turns out good.

I like this idea. Thinking I will be a little more creative with the design idea. I have a wall in the hallway that is crying out for attention. If I construct a "frame" I can really make a unique wall hanging that will surely be a conversation starter.
