I love this idea to use old light bulbs for magnets! They do not really have to be Christmas bulbs, I would think. I honestly have not seen Christmas bulbs this big, so I would probably look for regular miniature light bulbs. There are so many colors of glitter out there, you do not even have to make them fo Christmas, but could make them to use all year!
