I am all for creating things using what you already have in your stash. Anyone who crafts knows how fast leftover material can accumulate, so this idea is a creative and easy way to put those scraps to good use.

How come the two new Valentine's Day wreaths looks like a 5 year old did them. Can't you come up with something better.
