Beautiful Upcycled Vase

Show off a lovely bouquet in style when you make this Beautiful Upcycled Vase! The easy holiday craft is upcycling at its finest.

From the blogger: "Do you throw those round tubes of cardboard which comes with your tissue paper roll or the aluminium foil roll? What if we could make some decorative projects with them!!....Sounds interesting ...right!!!! I love to explore the creative potential in waste or reusable items and it's always a fun idea to convert those waste rolls into something innovative and useful. Some of the things that would otherwise end up in the dustbin make great materials for craft projects that can be made into interesting and beautiful DIY crafts at home. Creating new things out of waste is very satisfying and ever since I started making crafts out of recycled materials, I have developed a habit of saving things and am on the constant lookout for ideas to turn them crafty and productive. The possibilities are almost endless! So come, let your creative side unleashed and turn the waste into art!!!!"

This is a really a great project. It is so easy and so inexpensive. I always have empty rolls around the house. And I always hate to toss them, thinking I could use them for things. I work with clay but not the air dry. I use polymer clay that you bake. I may try some air dry!
