The best Christmas decorations are the ones you can enjoy all winter long. Use this Gold Leaf Tabletop Tree to help you enjoy the stretch of winter after the holiday season ends. The best thing about this Christmas tree craft is how easy it is to make. Though the layering of the leaves may look intricate, the process is really quite simple and the result is a tabletop decoration that guests will swear is store-bought. Make a few of these pretty little trees to accent your entire home with. You might even consider experimenting with different colored leaves or various rustic accents, like berries.

These are very pretty. Very stylish and classy looking. I am going to pass this idea along to my sister in law. Her home is done in a very modern theme. Everything is chrome and glass and this looks like it would be right at home. My Christmases are more vintage.

I adore this idea, but I would love to add a few pops of color here and there. Have you made any that you glued decorations or fabric scrap on the metal leaves? I was wondering how well stuff would stick to them. I imagine you could use green fabric leaves. They might be a little easier to manage.
