Winter Floral Ball Jar Vases
"Use chalk paint and faux winter florals to transform Bell mason jars into beautiful vases that can serve as a sweet centerpiece for your Christmas table when grouped together and filled with twigs and berries. These pretty mason jar vases would also make an extra special homemade holiday gift idea. Just paint the outside with chalk paint and add small floral details with hot glue. You can spray with a protective acrylic sealant if you like as well!"

What a beautiful and simple way to use mason jars! I like the look of chalk paint. I found that spray chalk paint gives the best coverage. I think these make great decor that can stay out all winter. You can find some pretty cute floral stems at the dollar store, so this doesn't have to be an expensive craft!

Wow... putting the flowers and things on the outside of these jars makes all the difference! I think I would try to spray paint the lids gold or silver or another color and use the jars to hold things. Maybe cookies or candy or something in the office or sewing room.
