Don't buy a new set of mittens this year when you can save money and make yourself a set from an old sweater. The Used Sweater Mittens tutorial shows you how to transform a worn-out sweater into a warm pair of mittens to keep your hands warm this winter. This is the perfect project to use on a too-small or unworn sweater, as you just need a smaller part of it for this project. Finish up the mittens by stitching up the two sides with some thread or dental floss and you're good to go.
