"The next time you have a summer party, wedding party or a simple get together with a nautical theme, you can set the mood and decorate the tables with atmospheric tea light holders. These are so easy to make. Thin white mulberry paper softens the candle glow and the whiskey glasses used were purchased at the dollar store. This project also lets you have fun with paper punches, border punches and dies that were normally just intended for card making and scrapbooking."

This upcycled glass candle holder is the coolest nautical themed project I've come across, I'm now convinced I should get a sizzix die punch. It just makes every shape super neat and cute time in half and that's what I love about this project. I've never used rice paper like this, I'd like to see how the membrane peeks through on the glass.
