"This project recycles boxes into natural looking country stars that can be used as embellishments for Christmas gifts, Christmas cards, gift tags, tree ornaments, decorating a garland, etc... These stars are so quick and easy to make and all you need otherwise will be fabric, buttons and glue to finish them off. Different star templates are provided and when printing out the stars, remember to always print out a larger size and a slightly smaller size star."

Oh my goodness! These Country Stars Embellishments are cute as a "button"...LOL I can actually see these being used in many settings...greeting cards, scrapbook layouts, journal pages, mixed media canvases. I think the color matching here also has quite the attraction power with these little guys. The brown is worked with in all three layers giving a cohesive feel about it. Vintage and cute as a button! Thanks for sharing!!!

What a neat idea, and so simple, too, and almost free! This time of year almost everyone has cardboard boxes from the arrival of Christmas gifts, and I am no exception. Glue and fabric, I have, too, and a tree that needs a little more trimming, so this is perfect!
