Country Gingham Heart Wreath

Add a rustic look to your home when you create this Country Gingham Heart Wreath! The easy Valentine's Day craft has a country-inspired design that will look amazing when the wreath is placed on your front door or displayed on a wall in your home.

From the blogger: "Take some gingham fabric, some lace, and a Styrofoam heart wreath, and you have practically all that you need to create this country-looking Valentine wreath. Although the wreath is easy to make, a little sewing knowledge is required for it (basically you only will need to sew a straight line). There is an illustrated tutorial showing you the steps and you will see it is not hard at all. Once finished, a red bow is added to embellish the wreath."

This quick to make heart shaped wreath is great to brighten up a kitchen window or to hang on the front door to welcome guests any time of year. I love simple and elegant crafts that take no time at all to complete and yet look great. The gingham fabric is eye catching however I imagine a pretty calico print would look great for spring too.

This is an adorable country gingham heart wreath. I always wonder what to do with those styrofoam forms that are in all the craft stores and here is an opportunity to use at least the heart shaped one. I hope my end project will be just as adorable. Thanks for the free sewing pattern.
