This is a fantastic Christmas recipe. It is so quick and easy that you can whip up a few extra batches for last minute "thank you" gifts for teachers, mailmen etc. Simply put them in a plastic bag and add a bow! Because you "crack" them up, you don't have to waste time cutting them perfectly! I do have one important comment to make though...your recipe calls for ONE BOX of graham crackers. This is exactly enough to cover the pan with TWO layers. One layer would be better! Merry Christmas, and thanks for sharing.
