What a wonderful project. It's so simple yet so cute. You can make it up quickly and it will be easy to store away for the next year, or you just pull out the inside decorations and reuse the jar. I can't wait to get making this for the Fall. Thanks for sharing.

I like how there's no cleanup required for this decoration. You just set out the jar at the beginning of fall and take it down at the end of the season!

How cute is this? I have a scarecrow that has been in the family for well over twenty years. My mother-in-law had it at her house. This would be the perfect kind of decoration for me to display it in for the fourth generation it has been set out for! I'd like it with a matching container holding a candle too. I'm so pleased to have found this craft for a special family piece that is so simple but still being used.
