Wow thanks for the recipe and the great tutorial I m for Valentines Day. I am not crazy about rhubarb but I love strawberries. I love the little hearts used as the topcrust and I can see using it for more than just Valentine"s Day. I may also try some other pies too such as blueberry,mixed fruit,apple and peach. Looks so good. What kind are you going to make?
