This is a very easy project and very inexpensive. The dollar store has all kinds of colors in tissue paper. You can do the traditional green or take it up a step to a classy gold or silver. I made one last year but instead of a wreath, I used it as an Advent wreath.

Who knew tissue paper could be so beautiful?
