A. Super sharp X-acto knife, scissors, and metal ruler - I'm old school!

A. I've been blogging for 6 years. I started when I was in between jobs and even though I'm working again, I still love blogging.

Q. How would you describe your style?

A. Budget-friendly elegance.

Q. Describe your workspace/craft room.

A. My workspace doubles as a home office for my day job and a craft room for my blog. File folders and reports are on my desk and craft supplies are on my craft table.

Q. When do you feel the most creative?

I am teaching my granddaughters how o sew and embroider. They are in junior high and still interested in spending time with me. I have a lot of buttons and t his is the perfect project to teach them about "multi media" embroidery. They did a very good job with felt birds at Christmas and I think they can handle an embroidery hoop.

I have a lot of buttons...this is the perfect project the grandkids and me...

Aww! This is adorable. I think this would be a wonderful craft to make for someone special.
