What a great idea. If you don't have any to use ,you can get them at the dollar store. And there are so many choices as far as animals, flowers and holiday themed ones. I saw some that would make very pretty totes. This is so easy that I have to make a couple for presents.

I have a penchant for totes. Instead of having my shopping placed in the plastic bags, I always have a stash of totes in the car when I decide to go shopping on a whim. I need to make these so that I can have a few extras for when I need them. These are also great hostess gifts. Practical and very inexpensive to make.

I was able to save a few of my grandmothers' old tea towels after she passed away. With this idea, I can keep her close when I visit the local farmer's market or anywhere I go when I use one of her beloved towels to make this tote. Thank you for the idea.

Such a simple, easy way to make a unique tote bag! It gives me a good excuse to go thrifting, although I probably have something already that would work. Especially now that the farmer's markets are in full swing, totes like these are really handy and they're washable so I won't have to worry about what produce I put in them.

This is a really cute bag. I love the idea of repurposing a simple tea towel for this very handy tote!
