What a great idea! I wish I would've done something like this instead of just mailing pictures to my Mom. I love that a shadow box with glass is used to protect the images. And, that the picture can be changed. This would make a lovely gift for Mother's Day, or Grandparents Day.

This shadow box features an endearing way to announce a little one on the way to grandma, but of course, it could be used for many things, old photos, medals, keepsakes, small sea shell collections, etc. keeping it plain is nice, but you could take it a step further by painting the frame in a multicolored pattern, or cover with wallpaper, then add a little gem or decorative button in the corner! So pretty and such a lovely gift that can become a future heirloom ! Thanks for sharing!
