Beautiful Upcycled Bulb Stars

Just because your Christmas lights have burned out doesn't mean you still can't use them to decorate! These Beautiful Upcycled Bulb Stars would make great recycled Christmas craft ornaments, or you could use them as sun catchers, gift embellishments or even string them on a garland! If you're looking for ways to make crafts with recycled materials, this project is a great one to try!

These look so much larger than they are. The designer used the mini lights from the strings and the end project is so adorable. I can see having these little mini stars in all colors of the rainbows and suspended in groups all around to add to any existing Christmas decorations. Too bad the bulbs will not actually light up.

I am all for recycling. This project can lend itself to a beautiful piece of artwork at the end of the holiday season. For those of us that like the large bulbs to light up the outside decor, for all the burned out bulbs we can create a new piece of holiday decor to hang up the next year.

What a great idea. I have a ton of chandelier type bulbs that are burned out and they are the perfect shape to use. I think it will look very pretty hanging in my kitchen window. What a pretty sun catcher it will make. Thanks for sharing.

Love this craft - can't wait to try it. I have a drawer filled with burned out bulbs of all sizes! Thanks so much.
