Using a metal tin lid for the basket is so clever! I love the tulip design as well! A great way to,use fabric scraps! A fun option would be to,use prints for the tulip petals! The green fabric accent at the base looks great! An option would be to add a large bow of fabric with a gem center on the basket ! Thanks for a beautiful idea!
