I love the colours on those vintage hankies, so bright and colourful. It's not easy to find them anywhere these days so if you have some from a loved one , this is a great way to repurpose them. I would treasure this gift very much, I've not tried my hand at quilting projects so this is a fun way to start me off.

I love the idea of a Hankie Quilt and I have been saving hankies for a while. But still need more. Do you have suggestions on where to find more hankies. Thank you. Bobbi Marvel

Hi Bobbi! I was able to do a quick Google search and found this link to buy a 12 pack of 100% Cotton Ladies Hankies for about nine dollars: http://www.carolwrightgifts.com/100-cotton-ladies-hankies/83585.cfm?key=5A00227B&cm_mmc=PaidSearch-_-GooglePLA-_-FreeShip-_-83585&gclid=Cj0KCQjw1a3KBRCYARIsABNRnxs77NfW5NDz4GDyznvWhWK5n9DGUODqK2YpY42lnVEl_yJqkipkhUwaAoCWEALw_wcB# If you just type "where to find hankies" in Google, you should be able to come up with more results. I hope this helps! - Chelsea, Editor

That was my question exactly, then I thought that maybe it would be possible to find some at thrift stores over a period of time. I have a few that were my Mom's, but I don't know if I want to make them into a quilt, since she has passed on. It's such a good idea that I'd like to try it.
