"Halloween is always a fun time, and once you know how to make these Jack o' Lanterns, they can be adjusted to just about any holiday. (Snowmen, bunny, cat, ghosts, Santa, just switch up your colors and cuts!) My daughter and I made these little beauties in less than 45 minutes and for less than $5.00. They turned out AMAZING, and I’m going to share it all with you." For more spooky Halloween decorations, check out our 17 Halloween Decoration Ideas.

I remember making crafts like this in school at Christmas time. They always looked so pretty lit up. I love the Jack-o-lantern idea. I could put strings of battery operated LED lights in them or an LED tea light candle, and then add a lid to keep them covered up. Thanks for sharing.

I really like this idea. I would use extra large jars so they would look good out on the front porch.

These lanterns are a great idea for Halloween. I have the jars and mod podge, so I need to pick up the tissue paper. I plan on making three and displaying them together to celebrate October. Thanks for the cute idea that is so much easier than carving a real pumpkin.
