Laced Up Jack-O-LanternsTeach kids the basics of sewing with these Laced Up Jack O' Lanterns. Children will have the fun picking out faces for their spooky pumpkins and gluing them onto color. Then show them how to thread yarn through the holes in the paper to hold the two sides of the pumpkin together. Stuff the pumpkins with crumpled paper to give them shape and dimension. Kids will love making their very own Halloween decorations!

Handprint GhostsThis is one of our most fun activities for kids for Halloween because it lets kids get messy. Children can make one-of-a-kind, personalized Halloween decorations with this fun tutorial. Create Handprint Ghosts by having kids paint their palms and fingers with white paint. Then press the handprints to black paper and cover the handprints in glitter for a shimmery, ethereal effect. Make sure to write down the child's name and the date so you will always remember how old they were when their hand was this small!

Styrofoam Spider CreaturesNo one will be afraid of this adorable Styrofoam Spider Creature! A Styrofoam ball covered in black tissue paper and Mod Podge makes a quick, simple spider body.
