Make a cute baby blanket with an unexpected material. The Nap Time Quilt pattern uses old boxers to create a beautiful quilt. Homemade presents like baby quilts make the best baby shower gifts for friends and family. Use your man's outgrown boxers (or steal them while he's not looking) to create a cool, triangular quilt design. Boxers are made to be comfortable; this concept is what makes this cotton fabric quilt so comfy for baby to fall asleep on. A mother-to-be will love to wrap her baby in this DIY baby quilt during early morning feedings. The soft cotton fabric will be comforting if they cry and cozy while they sleep. What a hoot! This quilt is made from boxer shorts material! Hmmm, I think if I made them for my own baby as a nap quilt with daddy's old worn boxers it would be OK and even sort of sentimental, but I would find other worn similar fabric to,use if it was a baby shower gift... But the idea of upcycle going that fabric is brilliant! And the patterns and colors can really be pretty! Thanks for sharing!

I agree. I would feel a little strange using someone's worn out boxer shorts to make a baby gift, but there are plenty of other clothing items with soft fabric that would be suitable, too. I do like the pattern she used and the quilt looks cozy and warm and not too hard to make, either.
