Diy Spring Burton & Burton Tulle Ribbon Wreath

"I have been infatuated with these tulle ribbon wreaths for as long as I can remember, but I have never bought one. My grandmother purchased a roll of Burton & Burton tulle ribbon, but was unable to get the effect she wanted in a wreath. I told her I would take it home and experiment. I was quite surprised how easy it was to make. Really it only took me about 30 minutes with several distractions."
