  • Paper towels
  • Contact paper
  • Large chain
  • Craft knife
  • Black T-shirt

  2. Cover work surface with Surface Cover. Insert Fashion Form inside T-shirt.

  3. Place large chain on right side of shirt, looping around shoulder as shown. Cover surrounding areas of shirt with paper towels to prevent from overspray.

  4. Test Snow Fabric Spray Paint on a paper towel to get a feel for pump. Spray over chain. Remove chain and let paint dry.

  5. Use the permanent marker to draw a heart on contact paper. Cut out with a craft knife, leaving outside edges intact to create stencil. Peel backing from heart stencil and place on shirt just below shorter end of chain as shown. Press along edges of heart to seal from paint seepage. Place paper towels around stencil to protect shirt from overspray.

  6. Spray two coats of Snow into stencil, letting dry between coats. Spray one or two coats of Neon Pink over the layers of Snow in heart stencil. Let dry and remove stencil.
