Motherly Love Tote Bag

Materials:

  • Tulip Soft® Fabric Paints        
  • Tulip® Cordless Heat Setting Tool™
  • Tulip® Glam-It-Up!™ Iron-On Crystals™
  • Iron
  • Gray chalk pencil
  • Foil or foam plate for palette
  • Paintbrushes
  • Ruler
  • Pink fabric or ribbon for bow
  • White canvas tote
  • Freezer paper
  • Patterns

Instructions:

  1. Place a piece of freezer paper inside tote (waxy side up) and iron in place to create a stable painting surface, and to prevent paint seepage to other side.
     
  2. Lightly draw flowers and lettering with a gray chalk pencil.
     
  3. Using the photo as a guide, fill in lettering and designs with Soft Fabric Paint colors. Let dry completely.
     
  4. Apply Iron-On Crystals as desired around lettering and designs. Heat set with the Cordless Heat-Setting Tool, following instruction on package. Remove freezer paper from inside tote.
     
  5. Use a pink ribbon or pink fabric to tie a bow around tote handle.
