  • Nylon dog collar
  • Sewing thread to match color of dog collar
  • Sewing needle
  • Chain-nose pliers

Instructions

  1. Sew one end of gold chain to underside of dog collar, starting at clasp.
     
  2. Wrap chain around the collar, keeping wraps very close to each other until you reach the end. Sew end of chain to underside of collar.
     
  3. Hold a jump ring with two pairs of pliers. To open the jump ring, bring the tips of one pair of pliers toward you and push the tips of the other pair away from you.
     
  4. Place one charm on the jump ring and insert one end into a chain link. Reverse the steps to close the jump ring.
     
  5. Continue to add the charms to the front of the dog collar.
